Agreement benefits are available to clients who purchase pre-paid blocks of  time or secure monthly service agreements. Prepaid time blocks are available in increments from 15 to 50 hours and are good for up to 1 year . Clients who regularly use over 40 hours of service per month are encouraged to utilize monthly service agreements to allow us to regularly dedicate additional resources to provide for their ongoing service needs.
